Before booking any appointment, it is important that you are aware of all terms & conditions. Please read below to avoid any disappointment.

 

 

Treatment Information 

1.     In order to schedule appointments, it's essential to successfully complete the Cosmetic Tattoo Eligibility Questions and commit to following all Pre-Procedural and Aftercare instructions. Non-compliance with this information can significantly impact your outcomes. If you arrive for an appointment without adhering to the pre-procedural instructions, Sheridan reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. This decision is made in the interest of ensuring a safe procedure and achieving the best possible results for your skin.

2.     If you have any active cold sores, acne, moles, or blemishes in the area where the procedure is scheduled, please notify Sheridan immediately. Your appointment may need to be postponed until these blemishes have cleared or moles have been removed and properly healed.

3.     We regret to inform you that we are unable to perform any cosmetic tattoo treatments if you are pregnant.

4.     If you are currently breastfeeding, we kindly request that you follow a 'pump and dump' regimen for 48 hours post-procedure as a safety precaution. If this is not feasible for you, we recommend rescheduling or booking at a more suitable time.

5.     Please keep in mind that all cosmetic tattoo treatments are considered an art rather than a precise science. Different skin types exhibit varying healing patterns, and results may differ from one client to another. Sheridan Jane Brows cannot guarantee 100% success for all clients, as each individual's skin responds differently to pigment. We encourage prospective clients to thoroughly review all the information provided on this website. If you have any concerns before booking, please reach out to us. It's important to note that we do not offer refunds for deposits or treatments.

 

 

Client Etiquette:

1.     To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. This allows ample time for necessary paperwork and the application of numbing agents. If you happen to run behind schedule, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the treatment is performed with the attention it deserves. Please be aware that your deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation is necessary, and you will need to book another suitable time through our Online Booking System.

2.     For the sake of health and safety, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or groups of friends to your appointment. The treatment room is designated for the technician and the client exclusively. We aim to provide you with our full and undivided attention, without any compromise to the quality of your treatment. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Deposits 

A $50 booking deposit is required to book any New Client/ Existing Client Refresh treatments at Sheridan Jane Brows. Without a deposit, no appointment time or date can be confirmed or secured. 

Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE to another person. Please ensure you read all information thoroughly before securing with a deposit. 

Deposits are to be made via the online booking system. No bank transfers or cash is accepted.

Deposits will be deducted from the total price that is to be paid on the day of the procedure via Eftpos/Cash or put onto an interest-free payment plan using Afterpay.

* If you are booking 2 x appointments, 2 x deposits will need to be paid to secure any dates and times.

Appointment confirmations

If you have a treatment secured, you will receive an SMS Confirmation 5 days prior to your appointment. You must respond to this on that day or if you can’t please contact Sheridan on 0428 105 759 to confirm. If no response is heard, your appointment will be cancelled & filled by another client.

Rechedule Policy 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, this must be done at minimum 7 days prior to the appointment and your deposit will not be lost. If less than 7 days notice is given, the deposit will be lost & another booking deposit will need to be paid to reschedule your appointment.

Our Reschedule Policy is strict as tattoo appointments are long in duration.

*Please be aware, if you do have to reschedule, as Sheridan is heavily booked, it may be a 4-6 week wait to get another appointment. Please be certain of dates and times when booking appointments.

If you need to reschedule & cannot get back to the salon in the required timeframe for touch up appointments or refresh appointments, your treatment price will be changed to the right timeframe pricing which may be additional costs.

If changes need to be made to your appointment day with more than 7 days' notice, this can easily be done via your original BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL received when you placed your booking.

Simply click "View or Change my Booking" and you can reschedule this easily online.

*Sometimes these emails can go to your spam/junk folder so please check there first.

 

No Show/ 24 H cancellation Policy 

NO SHOWS / RESCHEDULES made 24hrs prior to appointments will be automatically charged a $200 fee as well as the loss of your booking deposit paid. This will only be charged if one of the following occur;

  1. No contact is made prior to treatment date & you do not show to your appointment.

  2. You cancel/reschedule your appointment 24hours prior to the treatment.

  3. You arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment & there is inadequate time to perform your treatment.

Your credit card used to finalise your booking deposit online will automatically charged by Sheridan Jane Brows.

Thank you in advance for understanding. As we specialise only in Cosmetic Tattoo Treatments, we cannot find replacements to reschedules 24hrs prior due to client Pre-Procedural Rules that need to be followed.

If you wish to rebook & attend another treatment date & time with Sheridan, you will need to rebook online & finalise another booking deposit.

 

Pricing

Sheridan Jane Brows reserves the rights to refuse its services and prices are subject to change at any time.

If you have had your brows cosmetically tattooed before, treatments are quoted individually based on existing pigment, shaping and quality of the skin. Prices will differ from client to client.

Existing brow tattoo

If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo in the area you wish to be treated, photos must be sent to Sheridan on 0428 105 759 PRIOR to booking. The work must be assessed first for approval. Do not book a treatment first if photos have not been approved.

Sheridan Jane Brows can refuse service if your existing brow tattoo can not be covered. In some cases, if initially tattooed incorrectly, clients may need to commence removal treatments prior or let the pigment fade over time before getting their brows re-done. Ideally, pigment needs to be faded by 80% to refresh the colour.

Sheridan Jane Brows does not do 5-8 week touch ups on non-existing clientele as each technician uses different brands of pigments and artistic style. If you require this, please contact your initial technician.
